Payrate: Up to $41hr 2-2-3 Schedule

3rd Shift - Maintenance Technician Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 35.00 to $ 41.00 / hour
• Third Shift

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, presses, and automated systems
• Perform welding, fabrication, and basic machining as needed
• Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS or maintenance logs
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements
• Support production teams during breakdowns and changeovers

3rd Shift - Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (steel or heavy manufacturing preferred)
• Electrical systems (motors, drives, PLC basics)
• Mechanical systems (bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment
