Bon Secours Mercy Health - 1 St Francis Drive - Responsibilities: Provide basic patient care including care and comfort, vital sign measurement, personal care and hygiene, and assist with mobility; Act as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes and/or concerns; Provide accurate, precise, timely documentation for patient care; Participate in hand-off/report of pertinent information regarding patient and departmental needs upon arrival and when leaving; Mobilize patients using therapeutic transfer techniques to foster independence and safety
