Magna - - Responsibilities: Closely monitor the production lines assigned, resolve, escalate and document downtime; Basic line operations including HMI operations, robotics operations, electrode changes, correctly teaching weld tolerances and changeovers; Document, tag and return all external repairable components to the main crib so they can be sent out for repair; Document, tag and return unused items to crib; Perform maintenance TPMs on all lines and cells and Level 1 maintenance PMs
