Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System - - Responsibilities: Assists patients with activities of daily living in a safe, timely and courteous manner; Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes and outputs with accuracy; Documents patient status and communicates changes to the registered nurse; Adheres to proper chain of command and completes hourly rounds and bedside shift reports; Participates in continuing education and unit activities as assigned
