Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities: Perform MIG, TIG, and/or spot welding on steel drums and metal components; Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality specifications; Inspect finished products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards; Operate welding equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment; Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals
