Core Duties & Scope
This role serves as the operational leader for commercial HVAC construction and installation projects from project kickoff through closeout. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer communication while ensuring projects remain on track for cost, quality, and safety objectives. Success in this position comes from balancing technical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring field teams have the resources necessary to execute projects efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

Schedule / Work Modality / Tools
The position combines office-based project management with regular field interaction across active commercial job sites. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced construction environment where priorities shift based on project milestones, material deliveries, safety requirements, and customer needs.
