Schedule Details: Full-time; primarily daytime project management schedule with field support responsibilities. Position is non-exempt and may require overtime based on project demands, customer schedules, and installation timelines.

Compensation: $100,000 Base with yearly Bonus

Core Duties & Scope

This role serves as the operational leader for commercial HVAC construction and installation projects from project kickoff through closeout. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer communication while ensuring projects remain on track for cost, quality, and safety objectives. Success in this position comes from balancing technical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring field teams have the resources necessary to execute projects efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.

Schedule / Work Modality / Tools

The position combines office-based project management with regular field interaction across active commercial job sites. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project schedules, coordinating labor resources, overseeing procurement activities, supporting field supervisors, managing subcontractors, and maintaining customer communication. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced construction environment where priorities shift based on project milestones, material deliveries, safety requirements, and customer needs. Strong familiarity with commercial HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, project scheduling practices, and safety compliance programs will be important for success.
