Accounts Payable Clerk - Greenville, SC
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Greenville, SC to identify a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, is highly accurate, andhas strong Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily basis
· Perform 2-way and 3-way matching, ensuring proper coding and approvals prior to payment
· Review, audit, and verify invoices for accuracy, discrepancies, and compliance
· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies
· Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and payment details
· Assist with weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
· Monitor AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
· Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations
· Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate data flow and timely invoice processing
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
· Experience in a high-volume AP environment preferred (processing large quantities of invoices)
· NetSuite experience preferred
· Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
· Experience with ERP systems and invoice processing workflows
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
