Job Description

As a key contributor, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to create and maintain custom business solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer or in a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices for creating user-friendly applications.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create scalable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of C#,.NET, JavaScript, or Python for extending Power Platform capabilities.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports to streamline business processes and enhance data visibility.
• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party applications.
• Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users.
