Description:

Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate for a growing company in Gray Court, SC. The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing accounts processing orders, handling customer credits, resolving complaints, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs. The position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Support sales efforts by following up on inquiries and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance customer service and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
