The International Tax Manager reports to the Senior Manager, International Accounting and supports the firm's international tax compliance, planning and strategy across multiple international office locations. The role helps ensure compliance with applicable international tax laws and reporting requirements while supporting tax‑efficient business operations across jurisdictions. The successful candidate should have experience with multiple jurisdictions and an understanding of various legal entity structures, including but not limited to, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and Sociedad Civil (S.C.) entities.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $158,259 and $204,806. In accordance with New York State's Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York State position is between $176,716 and $228,691.
