Reporting to the CFO, this position will be responsible for generating and distributing recurring financial and operational reports, leading and supporting analysis for budgeting and forecasting, and performing ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvement actions. This role is an individual contributor position that requires strong analytical rigor, excellent communication skills, and expert-level Excel capability, with the potential to grow into management of a small FP&A team over time.Required Skills & Abilities This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into data, connecting the dots, and helping leadership make informed decisions in a fast-growing organization.Expert level excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, logical functions, charts, graphs, and financial modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insightsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, including support of organic growth and M&A activityProven ability to create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate financial and operational performanceWorking knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools, with Power BI experience strongly preferredExceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, consistency, and data integrityExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, operations, and executive leadershipStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlinesHigh degree of intellectual curiosity, initiative, and ownership in identifying issues and driving solutionsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive financial informationCommitment to working safely and upholding company core valuesEducation and Experience We're looking for a financially savvy, analytically curious professional who brings both technical expertise and business insight to the table.Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field requiredAt least 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a similar analytical roleExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis in a multi-site or operationally complex environment preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is requiredExperience creating dashboards and reports using a business intelligence platform such as Power BI is strongly preferredExperience working with ERP, reporting, or financial planning systems, including NetSuite, is a plusPhysical Demands Primarily office-based in a professional environmentProlonged periods of sitting and working at a computerFrequent use of hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipmentAbility to read from a computer screen, prepare written materials, and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via video conferenceOccasional standing and walking within the officeAbility to lift or carry light office materials weighing up to 15 pounds on an occasional basisStandard business hours with flexibility to support extended hours during budget cycles, month-end close, or other critical business periodsNo regular travel required, with infrequent travel possible as business needs arise#J-18808-Ljbffr
