ALDI - 100 Chalmers Road - Responsibilities: Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results; Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports; Monitors the competitive environment and informs leadership of adjustments; Participates in store personnel interviewing; Ensures inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed; Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper signage; Assists with maintaining stock levels and product ordering; Supervises day-to-day operations of the team; Ensures reports complete assigned responsibilities to deliver high level customer service
