This role oversees team performance, caregiver scheduling, recruiting, and branch profitability while ensuring high-quality care and client satisfaction.Candidates must have a background in home care leadership to be considered for this role. A combination of home care and management in other roles would be a fit as well.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day branch operations and team performanceOversee caregiver scheduling, utilization, and retentionDrive recruiting, hiring, and onboarding effortsMonitor KPIs, improve efficiency, and support growth initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies and regulationsManage branch financials including budgeting and cost controlQualifications:3+ years of leadership or management experienceStrong problem-solving and team management skillsExperience with operations, budgeting, and performance metricsProficient in Excel and data tracking toolsExcellent communication and organizational skillsCompensation & Benefits:$50,000 – $60,000 base salaryBonus opportunity ($1,500–$2,500+)Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Revere Staffing Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
