Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff, including HOH and Twin Peaks Girls.; Conduct interviewing, warnings, counseling, hiring and firing, with proper documentation.; Handle cash procedures, manage inventory and drive sales with the leadership team.; Maintain organized training schedules and development programs; ensure safety and sanitation compliance.; Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and ensure adherence to cost controls (PNL/COGs/Bar, Food and Labor).
