Rack Room Shoes - - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.; Provide leadership, guidance and training to store staff; supervise in the Store Managers absence.; Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service level standards.; Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and store cleanliness; manage POS transactions and promotions.; Support payroll, scheduling, training, and loss prevention to protect company assets.
