Hyatt Hotels - - Responsibilities: Direct kitchen operations across hotel food outlets including Roost and room service to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.; Manage culinary operations to ensure safety standards, scheduling, ordering, and inventory control.; Develop and implement new methods and technologies to improve cost efficiency and market share; identify capital improvements.; Maintain a motivated staff through effective selection, training, development, retention, and performance evaluation.
