HotelMC - 116 Chalmers Road - Responsibilities: Maintenance: Manage work orders and preventive maintenance tasks including light electrical, plumbing, PTAC cleaning, painting, caulking, and drywall repair; Inventory: Maintain and order maintenance supplies and tools; Housekeeping: Prep rooms for housekeeping and assist with cleaning and trash removal; Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security; Other Duties as Assigned
