Sonida Senior Living - 1004 Augusta Street - Responsibilities: Performs general maintenance on a daily basis responding to resident requests through the work order program, repairing plumbing, electrical and appliance issues; Performs daily light bulb walk around/inspection ensuring that all public area light bulbs are operable and working; Performs general maintenance on the building to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical and kitchen equipment issues; Maintains organization of all storage and equipment areas; Performs daily and as assigned painting projects for all common and office areas
