Marriott Hotels - 70 Orchard Park Drive - Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required.; Inspect and repair hardware and appliances, including mattresses, box springs, bed frames, light fixtures, grout and caulking.; Maintain, repair and clean all guest rooms per procedures and guidelines.; Perform minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats and changing light bulbs; patch holes in walls.; Report safety hazards and follow safety policies; assist with moving and lifting as needed.
