Job Description Job Description Elite Turf is hiring Lawn Care Technicians & Lawn Care Technicians Helpers!We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals from the local area to join our growing team.As a Lawn Care Technician , you'll be responsible for providing weed control and fertilization services to customers along a designated route. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to our clients and helping maintain beautiful, healthy lawns.A Lawn Technician Helper supports the primary Lawn Care Technician in maintaining and treating lawns for residential or commercial clients. This is typically an entry-level or assistant role that involves physical work and learning the fundamentals of lawn care.This is a full-time, year-round position with guaranteed weekly pay, paid training, and ongoing opportunities for growth and advancement. No prior lawn care experience? No problem—we'll provide the tools and training to help you succeed.Responsibilities (Lawn Care Technician) :- Perform weed control and fertilization services for residential and business clients along your designated route.- Utilize the provided tablets and printers to access and update customer information and service records.- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and maintain a high level of productivity.- Comply with safety protocols and follow proper application techniques to deliver quality lawn care services.- Interact with customers professionally, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.- Proactively identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement in the service delivery process.Responsibilities (Lawn Care Technician Helper) :-Assist with lawn treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and pest control under supervision.-Prepare and load equipment (e.g., spreaders, sprayers, hoses) and materials onto company vehicles.-Help maintain equipment by cleaning and checking for proper function.-Support route management by helping navigate, organize, and follow the day's schedule.-Communicate with customers politely when needed, often alongside the lead technician.-Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use.Requirements :- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in lawn care or a similar field is preferred.- Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.- Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity are essential qualities we seek in candidates.- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your route to meet customer expectations.- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.- Physical ability to handle equipment and tools used in lawn care activities.- Prior experience in applying weed control and fertilization treatments is a plus.Benefits:- Weekly pay + Overtime opportunities- Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.- Paid time off to support work-life balance.Elite Turf is a rapidly growing company, recognized for its commitment to customer satisfaction and comprehensive lawn care services.
