On one path, you're laying down consistent MIG beads that help trailers hit ambitious production targets. On another, you're executing crisp TIG welds on stainless outlets and drains that have to be spotless. There's no fee to use our services, and while we work hard on your behalf, placement is not guaranteed .Where you'll work Serving local employers around Greenville, TXMIG (Production/Trailer) : Wills Point, TXTIG (Stainless/Precision) : Caddo Mills, TX (train on AM, then move to PM shift)What you'll do MIG Welder — Production Trailers (Wills Point, TX) Deliver high-volume MIG welds on trailer assembliesHandle basic plate and overhead weld assignmentsHit daily output targets—up to 48 completed trailersUse torches, grinders, and buffers confidentlyThrive in a heavy, fast-paced manufacturing settingTIG Welder — Stainless Precision (Caddo Mills, TX) TIG weld stainless outlets and drains with clean, accurate beadsMeet strict quality standards on every jointInterpret blueprints, specs, and welding proceduresBegin on AM shift for training; transition to PM shiftWhat you bring Hands-on MIG and/or TIG experience (TIG proficiency required for TIG role)Ability to pass weld tests (plate/overhead for MIG; precision assessment for TIG)Background in manufacturing or production welding preferredStrong safety mindset and attention to detailComfort working in physically demanding environmentsPersonal PPE: welding hood, gloves, steel-toe bootsReliability, with the ability to work solo or as part of a teamSkills and tools Troubleshooting, tape measure reading, and blueprint readingEquipment you'll use: MIG welder, TIG welder, stick welderPerks and incentives After 90 days (upon rollover) : Monthly Attendance Bonus of $3/hour for perfect attendanceBenefits: health, dental, and vision insuranceReady to get started?
