This role serves as a key technical partner to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations , transforming complex datasets into trusted, actionable insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and strategic decision-making.You'll work across the full business lifecycle—financial performance, revenue and pricing, demand forecasting, inventory management, and operational execution—while collaborating closely with analytics, BI, and cross-functional teams to embed analytics into core business processes.What You'll DoLead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and analytical frameworks across financial, logistics, and sales domainsDevelop and optimize advanced SQL queries and Python scripts to support complex data extraction, transformation, and analysisDesign and maintain end-to-end data ingestion workflows, integrating internal and third-party data sources using APIs and modern ELT/ETL practicesBuild, manage, and continuously improve enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Databricks , or comparable platformsOwn and manage data workflows within Databricks , including notebooks, Delta Lake, Spark SQL, and job orchestrationServe as a technical subject matter expert and mentor to junior and mid-level analystsPartner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, translate strategic requirements into analytical solutions, and present insights to leadershipEstablish and enforce data quality standards, documentation practices, and governance policies across datasets and reporting layersProactively identify opportunities to improve data infrastructure, reporting efficiency, and overall analytics maturityWhat You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related disciplineHands-on experience with APIs, data ingestion processes, and ELT/ETL pipelinesExperience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BIExperience working with business data across financial, sales, and/or operational domainsTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics and data engineeringExperience with modern data platforms such as Databricks , including Spark SQL and Delta LakeSolid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas and dimensional modelingExperience with BI tools and data visualization best practicesFamiliarity with version control and deployment workflows (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)Professional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detailAbility to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and actionable insightsClear, effective communicator able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSelf-directed, accountable, and comfortable working independently within a collaborative team environmentWhy TURNBRIDGEPrecision-Driven Delivery – Work in an environment focused on quality, clarity, and measurable outcomesHigh-Impact Work – Contribute to initiatives that directly influence business performance and strategyGrowth-Oriented Culture – Opportunities to expand your technical depth and leadership impactCompetitive Compensation & Benefits – Including health and wellness programs, generous time off, financial planning resources, and a strong 401(k) matchLong-Term Partnership Mindset – We invest in people, not just placements
