Experience not required, we can provide full training for the right person.As a Termite Specialist, you will provide termite control for residential homes and commercial establishments by identifying potential termite problems, conducting inspections; performing termite pre-treatments and termite post construction treatments while designing and implementing control strategies to resolve all of a customer's termite control needs. This role will additionally provide Mosquito Control support.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesBeing prompt to scheduled appointments.Inspect the property for any areas or situations that are conducive to termite infestations and implement the most effective solutionIdentify termite activity.Operate and maintain equipment used to complete treatments.Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations governing pesticide application.Document/Record all information by filling out all company inspection forms, in accordance with Company procedures.Effectively communicate with customers and office staff.Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable in order to prevent conditions conducive to termite infestations.Participate in routine maintenance of Company vehicle and equipment.Practice workplace safety procedures as outlined in the Company's Safety Manual.Operate company vehicle in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property, damage or loss of life.Clean vehicles as scheduled and/or required.Dress Professionally. Maintain company uniforms in neat and professional manner.
