Job Description Job Description Job Summary: HM Staffing is looking for a motivated Electrical Helpers to support our electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the electrical trade.Key Responsibilities: Assist electricians with pulling wire, running conduit, and setting fixturesLoad, unload, and organize tools and materialsKeep job sites clean and safeLearn and follow company safety standards and protocolsUse hand and power tools under supervisionTake direction from journeyman and master electriciansPerform other duties as neededRequirements: High school diploma or GEDStrong work ethic and willingness to learnBasic knowledge of hand tools and construction practicesAbility to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spacesReliable transportation and punctualityMust be able to follow instructions and work well in a teamPreferred: Previous experience as an electrical helper or in constructionEnrollment in an electrical apprenticeship programOSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
