Job Description Job Description Condustrial, Inc is looking for an Overhead Crane Fabricator who understands that quality matters, details matter, and the people you work with matter.pay range $22-27 (based on experience) shift 7a-330p Mon-Fri (occasional overtime as needed)Job desription-Fabricate overhead crane systems and structural steel componentsCut, fit, and weld steel with accuracy and consistencyRead and interpret blueprints and shop drawingsOperate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, ironworker, grinders, wire wheels, squares, hand tools, and other tools as required by the jobPerform welding processes including FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and GTAWAssist with layout, assembly, and final fit-upPrep and paint large finished projectsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills-Experience fabricating and welding structural steel and/or overhead crane systemsWelding Certification is a plusThe ability to produce clean, accurate work and take responsibility for itStrong cutting, fitting, and welding skills across common shop processesAbility to read drawings, plan your work, and execute without constant directionComfortable working as part of a crew where timing, communication, and fit matterWilling to help where needed to keep jobs moving and finished correctlyElectrical controls experience is a plus, but not requiredReliable, detail-minded, and consistent in how you work day in and day outWhat we offer-We're looking for someone dependable, steady, and team-oriented-someone who shows up ready to work and takes ownership of their part in the finished product.Collaboration mattersHard work is respectedGood ideas are welcomedMistakes are corrected and learned from-not punishedCraftsmanship still means somethingContact me-Sherri- at 864-430-7523 or 864-235-3619 ext 1115.Condustrial, Inc is located at 51 Concourse Way, Greer, SC 29650.
