In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment where young children can grow, learn, and thrive.Key Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical developmentTeach foundational skills including letter recognition, phonics, numbers, colors, and shapesSupervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all timesMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environmentCommunicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activitiesFollow all state licensing requirements and center policiesAssist with meals, snacks, and naptime routinesDocument children's development and maintain accurate recordsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred but not necessaryKnowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodsWilling to obtain Current CPR and First Aid certification (Paid for by Company)Ability to pass background checksPatient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with childrenStrong communication skills with both children and parentsWhat We Offer:Opportunities for professional developmentSupportive team environment
