This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the diagnosis and repair of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues.- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices and improve technical skills.- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive technology is a plus.- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.We offer competitive pay, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within the company as well as a 4-day work week.
