Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks in our AppFolio software. We are looking for a part time technician to handle work orders at various single and multi family properties. We are growing fast and this will turn into a full time position in a very short time.Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOverseework performed by outside contractors as necessary​ Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance, with experience working in property management a big plus.Familiarity withmaintenancetools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedCompany Description Real Property Management Upcountry is the premier choice for property management services.
