And we are One Driving Force.Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our Greer team as a(n):Robotic TechnicianKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, program, and maintain industrial robots and automation systemsTroubleshoot robotic, electrical, and mechanical issues to minimize downtimePerform preventive and predictive maintenance on robotic equipmentDiagnose faults in PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and servo systemsSupport production teams by responding quickly to equipment failuresModify and optimize robot programs to improve cycle time and qualityEnsure all systems operate in compliance with safety standards and company policiesDocument maintenance activities, repairs, and system updatesAssist with new equipment launches, testing, and commissioningCollaborate with engineering and continuous improvement teams on process enhancementsQualifications, Skills and Experience We're Looking ForAssociate degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automated environmentStrong understanding of robotic systemsExperience with PLC troubleshootingAbility to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsKnowledge of sensors, motors, drives, and control systemsPlasman values and supports the unique talents and strengths that each employee brings to our organization.
