Job Description Job Description Position SummaryA growing, multi-location organization is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and strengthen financial reporting processes. The Controller will play a key role in improving close timelines, standardizing procedures, and ensuring accurate consolidated financial reporting.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee and actively participate in month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple locationsImprove close timelines, documentation, and reporting accuracySupervise and mentor accounting staffEnsure balance sheet integrity through detailed reconciliations and reviewEnhance internal controls and accounting policiesPartner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and reporting claritySupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisCoordinate with external auditors and other financial partners as neededIdentify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalabilityRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinancePrior experience in a Controller or Assistant Controller capacity preferredExperience preparing consolidated financial statementsStrong understanding of GAAP and financial statement presentationProven ability to improve close processes and reporting workflowsConnexa receives a high volume of applicants for our positions.
