Job Description Job Description Commercial Electrical MechanicFountain Inn, SCCompetitive Pay Based on ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanic / Lead Man to join a growing team supporting industrial and commercial projects in the field.This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot problems, and complete jobs with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter who takes pride in solving problems and getting the job done right. This is a great role for candidates who have previously worked in industrial electrical maintenance, plant maintenance, or as a PLC technician or electrical field service technician.Responsibilities:-Troubleshoot industrial and commercial electrical systems-Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance in the field-Assess jobsite conditions and determine next steps independently-Read blueprints and electrical schematics-Work safely and professionally while representing the company-Operate a company vehicle responsibly-Occasionally guide or work alongside an apprentice/helperQualifications:-5+ years of industrial and/or commercial electrical experience-Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills-Mechanical aptitude and hands-on field experience-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision-Experience in industrial maintenance, plant maintenance, or field service work-Stable work history-Clean driving recordReliable and accountableProblem-solver who takes initiativeComfortable working independentlyProfessional communication skillsPreferred experience:-PLC exposure-Industrial controls-Preventative maintenance-Manufacturing environment experienceIf you're an experienced electrical professional with commercial or industrial experience who enjoys solving problems in the field, we'd love to speak with you.
