If you're an experienced engineering professional who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence, leadership, and client partnership, this role offers a platform to do your best work.What you'll doYou won't just manage projects—you'll drive outcomes.Lead end-to-end project delivery across projects, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across practicesPlay a critical role in developing talent as well as building and leading high-performing teamsOwn client relationships, facilitating vision sessions, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycleDirect multidisciplinary coordination across architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural teamsDefine project strategy, including scope development, goal setting, timelines, and resource allocationEnsure financial performance, managing billing, invoicing, and resource planningElevate quality standards, performing QA/QC reviews on designs, calculations, and methodologiesContribute to business growth through proposal development and client engagementTechnical LeadershipYou'll provide oversight across multiple engineering domains:Mechanical SystemsReview heating/cooling load and ventilation calculationsGuide hydronic, air system, and process engineering designOversee mechanical room layouts for efficiency and functionalityEvaluate and recommend optimal system solutionsPlumbing & Fire ProtectionDirect sanitary, domestic water, and gas piping system designOversee medical gas systemsLead fire protection design including hydraulics and sprinkler layoutsCross-Discipline IntegrationEnsure seamless coordination across all building systemsSupport grant application processes tied to engineering scopeWhat you bring12+ years of engineering experience in building systemsBachelor's (or Master's) degree in Engineering or a related field—or equivalent experienceProfessional licensureSpecific depth of expertise in mechanical BSE, with plumbing and fire suppression being highly desirableStrong command of building systems engineering principles across disciplinesProven ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality or deadlinesProficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office SuiteA collaborative mindset with the ability to foster innovation and creative problem-solving at you bringWHAT WE OFFER:    CPL cares about your future with us!
