Restore.” and our core values of People, Excellence, and Ownership regularly so it doesn't feel like other manufacturing environments.What You'll Do (hands‑on work)Work in a work cell team on our temperature‑controlled production floor on one of our high-volume product lines.Use hand tools and soldering irons (we train you) to repair and upgrade automotive and heavy-duty vehicle circuit boards.Replace faulty components and rework boards so they're better than new.Follow clear repair instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures (PPE provided as needed).No Electronics Background?That's okay! We'll train you from the ground up as long as you're willing to work hard and learn on the job.What We're Looking For (qualifications & fit)Entry level: Some work history is strongly preferred (any hands‑on, production, warehouse, restaurant, retail, or similar work).No prior experience: electronics or soldering experience is not required, just a willingness to learn and a desire to work hard.Reliability: on time and consistent attendance.
