The role involves high-volume legal representation of mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy-related matters. We're looking for professionals who are self-motivated and team-oriented—ready to contribute to a high-performing, unified team where client expectations are consistently exceeded.Key Responsibilities Represent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedingsManage a high-volume caseload independentlyDraft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondenceAttend hearings (virtually or in person) and communicate with courts as neededMaintain effective and timely communication with clients and team membersWork collaboratively with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneysRequirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolLicense to practice law in South Carolina requiredExcellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skillsAbility to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced legal environmentPrevious bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus, but not required
