About the Role:

The company is seeking Commissioning Engineers to support its Data Center inspection and testing services. The hiring manager for this team is prior military and is specifically looking for technically minded veterans ready to transition their skills into a dynamic civilian role.

What You'll Do:

-Work as part of a team traveling to data centers nationwide

-Commission new facilities to ensure proper systems operation

-Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to complex technical challenges

-Maintain a mission-focused mindset: show up on time, work until the job is done, and thrive under pressure

Ideal Background:

Candidates from military technical ratings and specialties are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those experienced in:

-Electrical systems (e.g. Electrician's Mate, Nuclear Electrician's Mate, Ground Support Equipment, Aviation Electrician, Power Production)

-Electronics and advanced systems (e.g. Electronics Technician, Fire Controlman, Sonar Technician, Avionics Technician)

-Motors, controls, power distribution, or related technical fields

Technical Backgrounds: Mechanics (MM, Nuke MM, AD, Aircraft Mechs. Other Strong Mechanical backgrounds they will look at!

Travel Details:

- Expect up to ~75% travel in your first year while undergoing comprehensive training at sites around the U.S. This will consist of 2-3 weeks away, then home for 1 week, through your first year. After your first year, the travel becomes less and you get more time off in between projects!

- All travel expenses are fully reimbursed by the company!

Compensation:

This role has a salary range of $90K-110K+. Compensation will be based on experience. Those coming in with industry experience or long tenured Military experience may fall on the higher end of the range. The role also includes great benefits, a 401k plan, and a company credit card for all paid travel!

Locations:

You can live anywhere in the U.S. near a major airport for ease of travel!

However, it's a bonus if you're near any of these high priority areas:

- Northern Virginia (IAD area)

- Phoenix, AZ

- Ohio

- Oregon

- Washington
