We are actively hiring experienced forklift operators for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in Greenville, SC. These are **temp-to-hire** roles with long-term potential for candidates who come in ready to work and prove themselves.**Position Details:**+ **Location:** Greenville, SC+ **Schedule:** Monday - Friday+ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM+ 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM+ **Pay Rate:** $20-$21 per hour+ **Type:** Temp-to-Hire**What You'll Do:**+ Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck)+ Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility+ Perform **inventory control and cycle counts**+ Maintain accurate records and assist with material tracking+ Follow all safety and operational procedures**What We're Looking For:**+ Previous forklift experience required+ Experience with inventory and cycle counting preferred+ A **ready-to-work attitude** and strong work ethic+ Reliability, accountability, and attention to detailThis is a **performance-driven opportunity** -if you want the job, you've got to show up, work hard, and earn it.
