Key Responsibilities: As an Industrialization Process Engineer, you will Oversee and coordinate the pilot and scale-up phases for two of our industrialization projects Ensure raw materials and product recipes are being recorded in our internal management system prior to pilot activities Build on clear KPI monitoring related to Quality Control Collaborate with R&D teams across the US to effectively manage the projects, identify operating gaps, and deliver the pilot in accordance to customer specifications

A Chemical engineering degree with either R&D or Manufacturing/Process development experience. Ideally targeting 3-5 years of industry experience. Strong analytical skills with a background in basic statistical analysis (areas such as Quality Control Plans, Gage R&R, etc.). Project management skills including coordinating across workstreams and planning ahead. Strong communication skills, networking ability, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
