HEI Hotels + Resorts - - Responsibilities: Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards; Start food items ahead of time and manage portions; Date and rotate perishables; keep at proper temperatures; Check pars for shift use and line setup; note out-of-stock items; Operate and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill
