Nuclear Project Manager

Location: Greenville SC/Wilmington NC REMOTE

Exp: 8-15 Yrs

For this position and due to work nature, we need only US Citizens.

Project Manager will be responsible for customer development, employee supervision, hiring, project management, program management and financial/business health of the program. Project Manager span of control extends over a group of technical and people managers and by extension their direct reportees as well.

Work Location: Wilmington NC, Greenville SC region (Remote)

Skill Set:

• Power Plant Systems/Design, P&ID, Steam
• PLM, PDE, Config Management
• Safety Critical Systems
• Familiar with Nuclear Industry & Regulatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Proposal creation/solutioning/team structure strategic proposals
2. Responsible for managing the delivery teams execution
3. Scope management
4. Scheduling and meeting deadlines with properly built capability and capacity
5. Customer communication in regular governance rhythms, including metric/KPI review, accomplishments and issue escalation/closure support
6. Collaborate with business leaders for strategy and value proposition
7. Interact & Interface Local Global Team
8. Drive Weekly, MRM, QRM
9. Work closely with Global TAT and drive initiatives attracting the right talents and onboard the right projects
