Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Loader to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently hand-loading building materials onto delivery trucks. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with heavy lifting, working on their feet throughout the day, and following written instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hand load door slabs, pre-hung door units, decking, nails, and other building materials onto trucks
  • Verify products against loading paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • Read and understand English loading documents and delivery tickets
  • Organize and stage materials for efficient loading and delivery
  • Ensure loads are secure and properly distributed for safe transport
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the day (50100+ lbs)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (entire shift)
  • Basic ability to read and understand English for loading paperwork
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred but not required

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

Work Environment: Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures. Physically demanding role requiring continuous movement and heavy lifting and cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
