This is a full-time, on-site Transcriptionist role based in Greenville, SC. The Transcriptionist will be responsible for accurately converting audio recordings into written documents, editing and proofreading transcriptions, and ensuring proper formatting and grammar. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining transcription files, meeting deadlines, and effectively communicating with team members to clarify project details and expectations.

• Proficiency in typing, transcription, and strong attention to detail
• Advanced editing and proofreading skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to interpret and transcribe audio accurately
• Familiarity with transcription software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in transcription or related fields are advantageous
