To assure the meaningful and timely flow of donated and new goods from the donation center and loading/receiving dock through the production area to the shipping area, stock room , or production floor. To encourage and promote a mutual associate/customer relationship which enhances the profitability of the Company. To establish positive relationships with clients and associates to successfully implement Goodwills mission services. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: To physically handle processed and unprocessed goods in and out of the production area by hand, machine, mechanical device or container. To load and unload trucks from the distribution center. To load (as needed) and unload donated or purchased goods from donors/purchasers vehicles. To process donated or new goods to include sorting, grading, tagging, hanging, cleaning, testing, inspecting, counting, colorizing, sizing and to assure quality control.
