We are seeking a dynamic results oriented Production Manager to join our Insulation Greer, SC team. - - Key Responsibilities: - - Ensure plant meets profitable production goals and quality standards while remaining within budget limitations. Act as interface between plant management and production staff. Lead continuous improvement programs and manufacturing process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies. Develop production schedules and make strategic decisions to adjust programs when time or budget constraints are encountered. Organize and cross-train worker teams to maximize production flexibility and operational efficiency. Implement and monitor KPIs to assess, analyze, and track manufacturing processes against established goals and objectives. Inspect machines and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance; consult with Engineering and Maintenance on necessary modifications.
