S: Lead daily production activities by coordinating manpower, assigning work, facilitating pre-shift meetings, managing break relief, and ensuring clear shift hand-off communication. Ensure safe operations by enforcing Magna/ OSHA standards, conducting pre-shift inspections and safety talks, maintaining evacuation routes, and responding immediately to accidents and investigations. Drive production performance by operating equipment as needed, supporting start-ups, monitoring WIP and inventory, achieving first-time quality, and meeting efficiency and delivery targets. Maintain accurate operational documentation, including hourly production data, downtime tracking, performance reporting, and up-to-date work instructions. Coach, train, and develop team members through on-the-job training, performance feedback, and skills development; provide recommendations on training and performance needs.
