About the Role: - - As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Specialist, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities. This job is within the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. - - What Youll Do - - Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. Fix equipment failures and define the best course of action for equipment modifications. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment. This includes electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, etc. Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repair records. Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
