Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase. The Project Manager is responsible for leading, overseeing, and coordinating all aspects and phases of the ground up construction project including collaborating with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase. Responsible for monthly project financial forecast reporting, and owner billings. Ability to forecast and mitigate risk, managing company's exposure. Review and negotiate owner contracts, subcontracts, and proposals. Responsible for forecasting project staffing needs for self-perform work. Develop and maintain CPM schedule and lead construction operations to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and project QA/ QC. Evaluate progress and prepares executive project reports for company and owner groups. Assist in permitting processes per specific project needs.
