This role will lead capital projects and have responsibility for processes involving automated/semi-automated lines and MES systems for both assembly lines and test stands. Key activities include performing production releases (including PPA - Ps) for new product launches, using root-cause problem-solving techniques to improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and reduce scrap, and applying lean manufacturing tools to boost productivity. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
