Own and manage the audit process to ensure that communication documentation in the regions is in place and up to both Global MARCOM and Vertiv Legal standards for all of the Vertiv Global regions. This would include: Standard Warranty Documentation Operating Manuals Factory Witness Test Reports / Documentation CDE Documentation (Comply, Deviate, Exception) Other compliance documentation like Ro. HS, Conflict Materials, Buy American, etc. Brochures such as spec sheets, manuals, product selection guides. Sales Training, Customer FAQs, Customer Testimonials, Use case articles. Manage this global documentation library via the Vertiv NPDI process in conjunction with the Vertiv Global MARCOM team. Coordinate with the Global MARCOM team to ensure website compliance, messaging and NDPI. The offer managers are responsible for the raw technical documentation, and the Global Communications Manager project manages the creation of the material through the Global MARCOM process.
