Serves as a liaison between the physician's practice and future, current, and former patients. Provides accurate information about the surgeon, the practice and the anticipated procedures. Minimum Requirements Education High School Diploma Experience Three to five years with increased responsibility in a surgical practice or customer service- oriented position.
