The manager will oversee the patient transport department, ensuring safe and timely patient movement within the hospital. Key duties include managing transport staff, coordinating with clinical teams, and maintaining departmental operations and standards. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and administrative skills to handle daily operations, staff training, and budget management. The manager will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hospital policy and procedures. The manager will have knowledge of health care systems, and have demonstrated ability to interact, relate to, work with, and support the activities of a diverse workforce.
